2. Eligibility for Refunds
a. Services Not Yet Started
If a payment has been made and work has not yet commenced, the client may request a refund within 7 days of payment.
Approved refunds will be processed minus any administrative or transaction fees incurred.
b. Services In Progress
Once a project or service has started, refunds are generally not provided, as resources, time, and effort have already been allocated.
However, partial refunds may be considered at our discretion if:
No significant work has been delivered, and
The request is reasonable and justified
Any approved partial refund will reflect the work already completed.
c. Completed or Delivered Services
Refunds are not available for:
Completed projects
Delivered software, code, or digital assets
Consulting services already provided
Monthly support or maintenance periods that have already begun
3. Subscription & Support Services
For recurring support or maintenance services:
Refunds are not provided for the current billing period once it has started
Clients may cancel future service periods by providing written notice before the next billing cycle
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
Custom development work
Setup or configuration services
Third-party costs, licenses, or tools
Transaction and payment processing fees
